Innowake is a Deloitte studio in Austin Texas, providing code mining and modernization services to clients. I was hired as a UX expert for 2 initiatives - providing usability recommendations for the studio's code mining tool, and prototyping a modernization demo for client pitches
1. Code Mining Tool
I performed a basic usability analysis of the screens and overall flow of an existing prototype and created documentation annotating the initial design.
I ultimately used my analysis to develop personas for each user group, including recommendations to inform future designs
2. Modernizations demos
I also worked closely with Deloitte leadership to design modernized experiences for legacy COBOL systems to secure bids with state government clients. I applied consistent design elements to strategically defined information architecture to imagine a more enjoyable future state.
